“I’m not sure these carpets can be saved.” The home is located in Carmel, IN not far from Carmel High School, and the carpets had taken a lot of wear over the years. The main traffic areas were dark from soil buildup, several pet stains had accumulated in the living areas, and there were a few spots where spills had clearly soaked into the fibers.

We recently completed a carpet stain removal service for a homeowner in the Indianapolis area who called us after seeing our 3 rooms for $150 special. Their main concern was pet stains on a white Berber carpet in the living room. The light color made every spot stand out. Previous attempts to clean the stains had lightened them temporarily, but they kept coming back.

We recently completed a wood floor cleaning and buffing service in Indianapolis that completely restored the natural shine and luster of a hardwood floor. When we first arrived, the homeowner told us the floors were swept and mopped regularly. From a distance, they looked fine. But under direct light, especially near windows, you could see dull traffic areas and a hazy finish.

We recently completed a Berber carpet cleaning near Indianapolis that perfectly highlights one of the biggest frustrations homeowners face with this style of carpet. The homeowner had previously cleaned the stained areas themselves. At first, the spots appeared lighter. A few days later, the stains came right back to the surface. That is classic wicking, and it is especially common with Berber carpet.

This move out carpet cleaning project was completed for a rental property in Cumberland, Indiana near Indianapolis after a tenant moved out and left the carpet heavily soiled. High traffic areas were dark, uneven, and matted, making the room look worn and unready for the next occupant.

This specialty cleaning project was completed at a condominium in downtown Indianapolis for a homeowner who wanted both a white wool area rug and a cotton linen sofa professionally cleaned. Light colored natural fibers show wear and soil quickly, especially in urban condos where foot traffic, dust, and everyday use add up faster than most people expect.

This upholstery cleaning project was completed for a new customer in the Clermont neighborhood of Indianapolis who called in after seeing our advertised 3 seat sofa cleaning special. After a quick conversation and an in home look, it turned out the furniture was a small L shaped sectional with a chaise and some noticeable pet odor that needed additional treatment.

This project was completed for a new customer near Brookshire Golf Club in Carmel who wanted both an area rug and a sofa professionally cleaned. They had recently moved furniture around and noticed that the rug looked darker than it should and the sofa was holding onto body oils from daily use.

This project took place in the Summerfield neighborhood of Indianapolis and it was one of those jobs where the floor did not just look dirty. It looked worn out. The interior brick floor had years of buildup from foot traffic, spills, and old coatings that had darkened unevenly over time. Regular mopping had stopped making any difference.
